A message from the founder.

Hello, hello!

My name is Chance—founder of Ghost Typer.

I started this company for 2 reasons:
 
1. To make money.  
2. To fill a gap in the market.

Because I am a huge advocate for complete transparency, I started with point number 1. I won't pretend that I'm doing this for a cause greater than myself because that's simply not true.

Now, with that said—this does not mean that I am willing to trash my reputation to obtain money. Instead, I hope to make money as a byproduct of my good reputation.

Now, to address point number 2.

I said, "Fill a gap", but what gap needs filling?

Again, full transparency—the gap isn't a major one, but it's still there.

The gap is this:

When businesses need a copywriter, they pretty much always end up settling on an agency because it seems like the most logical solution and that's honestly where you'll find most copywriters.

However, I have an issue with this. Why?

When you go to an agency, you go there because you've seen good copy from them. Totally logical, BUT...The issue is that you liked the copywriter who produced the piece(s) you read but could very well end up with someone completely different.

Even worse, you could end up like a lot of them do and be rotated through all the copywriters, making your copy inconsistent in brand and quality.

I now advocate for solo copywriters, even if it's not me.

Consistent quality  >  cheap mediocrity.
